Former Green Beret
As a member of America's Special Operations, I needed my body and mind to be primed for any situation. Fitness was paramount to my success.
But on deployment, traditional fitness equipment was often unattainable, so I had to innovate.

Through the years, my missions have changed—I'm no longer kicking in doors—but with a wife and two kids looking to me as a role model, I have a responsibility to take care of myself and instill that drive in my family.

Fitness has always played a pivotal role in my life. I've never been into the gym scene but I've always wanted to remain active and in shape. That's more important to me now than ever.
It's become my purpose to help others go beyond health and fitness to feel strong, capable, and balanced physically and emotionally.
