HAXE Fitness LLC is committed to your privacy rights. This page explains how to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data from our systems.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your workout data, progress, and personal information will be permanently removed from our servers.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete all of the following data associated with your account:

  • Account Information: Email, password, username, and profile details
  • Personal Profile: Name, age, gender, profession, city, country, profile picture
  • Workout Data: All workout sessions, reps, rounds, performance metrics, and PRs
  • App Settings: Preferences, notification settings, and device configurations
  • Subscription Data: Purchase history and subscription information
  • Usage Analytics: App usage patterns and performance data

How to Request Account Deletion

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  • 1 Open the HAXE Fitness app on your device
  • 2 From the home screen, tap on your profile avatar/name at the top
  • 3 Scroll down and tap the red "Delete Account" button
  • 4 Read the warning and tap "Delete" to confirm
  • 5 Account deletion will begin automatically

What to Include in Your Request

To process your deletion request efficiently, please include:

  • Full Name: As registered in your account
  • Email Address: Associated with your account
  • Reason for Deletion: Optional, helps us improve
  • Platform: iOS or Android

Processing Timeline

Once you confirm the deletion, your account will be deleted immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I reactivate my account after deletion?

No, account deletion is permanent. You would need to create a new account if you wish to use HAXE Fitness again.

Will my data be completely removed from backups?

Yes, we delete data from all active systems and backups. However, some anonymized analytics data may be retained for legal and business purposes.

Can I download my data before deletion?

No, your workout data is synchronized online and cannot be downloaded or exported.

How do I know the deletion is complete?

For in-app deletions, you'll see a success message and be automatically logged out. For email requests, you will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete. You will no longer be able to log in to the app.

How do I cancel my subscription on Android/iOS?

Subscription cancellation is handled directly through your platform's app store:

  • Android (Google Play Store): Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Select HAXE Fitness → Cancel subscription
  • iOS (App Store): Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Select HAXE Fitness → Cancel subscription
  • Alternative: Contact our support team for assistance with subscription cancellation
What happens to my active subscription if I delete my account?

If you have an active subscription when you delete your account:

  • No Automatic Refund: You will not receive an automatic refund for any remaining subscription period
  • Manual Cancellation Required: Your subscription will continue until you manually cancel it through your platform (Google Play Store or App Store)
  • Cancellation Process: 
    • Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Select HAXE Fitness → Cancel
    • iOS: Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Select HAXE Fitness → Cancel
  • Contact Support: If you need help with subscription cancellation, contact our support team before deleting your account

Data Security During Deletion

We take data security seriously during the deletion process:

  • Secure Deletion: Data is permanently deleted using secure methods from our servers
  • Local Data Cleanup: All local app data is cleared from your device
  • Access Logs: All access to your data during deletion is logged and audited
  • No Recovery: Deleted data cannot be recovered
  • Third-Party Cleanup: Data removed from all integrated services (Firebase, RevenueCat, Google/Facebook authentication)
  • Session Termination: All active sessions are immediately terminated
