Lifetime Warranty

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

HAXE products are built to last. All HAXE products are covered against manufacturer's defects for the lifetime of the product.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, including but not limited to use with non-approved tools, improper storage, excessive exposure to the elements, or use beyond the product's intended application. Cosmetic changes such as surface marking or compression from normal training use are expected over time. This is normal wear and does not affect performance and is not covered under this warranty.

To activate your warranty, contact us at info@haxefitness.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

This warranty is limited to the original customer, or in the case of a gift, the original recipient, with proof of purchase, and is non-transferable. It applies only to products purchased new from HAXE or an authorized seller.

If a claim is approved, HAXE will replace the covered product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
