You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

HAXE provides fitness tracking and informational tools only.

You acknowledge that:

  • Physical training involves risk
  • You are responsible for determining your fitness readiness
  • HAXE does not provide medical advice

Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program.

4. Subscriptions & Billing (Apple-Compliant Language)

Some features require a paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law

5. Free Trials & Promotions

Free trials or promotional access may be offered and may convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

6. Hardware Use

You are responsible for proper and safe use of any HAXE hardware. HAXE is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse or improper use.

7. Data & Insights Disclaimer

Workout data and insights are provided "as is". HAXE does not guarantee accuracy, performance outcomes, or fitness results.

8. Community Features

Community or comparative features (if enabled):

  • May change or be discontinued
  • Are subject to data availability
  • Must not be used to harass, shame, or misuse other users

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or tamper with the Services
  • Interfere with system integrity
  • Use the Services unlawfully

10. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and designs are owned by HAXE or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAXE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
